Most heat pump manufacturers require two professional service visits per year for the warranty to remain valid. Our maintenance agreements are designed to keep that coverage intact while extending the system's lifespan.
Regular maintenance, including filter checks, refrigerant verification, and coil cleaning, is also what keeps a heat pump running at its rated efficiency year over year.

Financing Programs
GreenSky offers terms such as 6.99% for 60 months or a 12-month no-interest, no-payment plan with approved credit. SNAP Finance approves all credit types with decisions in seconds and approvals up to $5,000. NEIF financing covers 100% of qualifying energy improvements at a true fixed rate, with no fees, no home equity required, terms up to 10 years, and no prepayment penalties. We’re an NEIF-approved contractor, and NEIF is the only B Corp-certified home improvement lender in the country. We also accept credit cards, ACH, and standard payment options.
Available Incentives
Beyond our financing programs, Philadelphia-area homeowners may qualify for additional incentives. PECO offers rebates on ENERGY STAR-certified heat pump equipment for residential customers; applications should be submitted within 90 days of purchase. The federal Inflation Reduction Act heat pump tax credit of up to $2,000 expired on December 31, 2025, and is no longer available for new installations. If you installed a qualifying system in 2025 or earlier, consult a tax professional about claiming it on your return. A Penn Energy Savers Program may offer up to $8,000 for income-qualified households; as of mid-2026, the program hasn’t launched, and no confirmed launch date has been announced. Rebate amounts, eligibility requirements, and program availability change. Verify current details with program administrators and a tax professional before making decisions based on them.
