Personal Information Collected

Peters Associates collects personal or other information (“Information”) from visitors to Covered Websites (“Visitors” or “you”) in a variety of ways:

Direct Communication. Visitors may provide personal information directly to Peters Associates by email, phone, mail, posts or comments on Covered Websites, or other available means.

Technical Means. Peters Associates may collect information arising from a Visitor’s visit and use of Covered Websites through commonly used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons. Peters Associates uses web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies and other collected Information to compile information about Visitors’ usage of the Covered Websites and interaction with e-mail from Peters Associates. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on a Visitor’s computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular website tied to the web beacon, and a description of a website tied to the web beacon. For example, Peters Associates may place web beacons in marketing e-mails that notify Peters Associates when you click on a link in the e-mail. Peters Associates may collect your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses for purposes that including tracking and monitoring the regions from which Visitors navigate the Covered Websites.

From time-to-time, Peters Associates may engage third parties to track and analyze non-personally identifiable usage and volume statistical information from Visitors of Covered Websites or to track the performance of advertisements. Use of Information Collected

Peters Associates may provide means by which Visitors may publicly post comments or testimonials, including on bulletin boards, forums, blogs, or comment sections on Covered Websites. Any such information (personally identifiable or otherwise) that you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. Peters Associates is not responsible for any information you choose to submit in these forums.

Visitors may elect to use Peters Associates’s referral service to inform their contacts about the Covered Websites or other Peters Associates promotional content. When using the referral service, a Visitor provides a contact’s name, e-mail address and other requested information which will be used to send an invite to view the Covered Websites or other promotional content, or otherwise for uses disclosed by the referral service.

Sharing of Information Collected

Peters Associates will not share Information that personally identifies the Visitor with unrelated third parties, except for using a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing or if a Visitor otherwise provides prior consent. Communications Preferences

Peters Associates generally allows recipients of advertisement-related email to manage receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by providing an “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of marketing emails. Additionally, you may send a request specifying your communications preferences to provide email.
